Return Policy

At BeautyNest, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and, where applicable, in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at ibniyussef@gmail.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for non-defective returns. If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, BeautyNest will cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges are not accepted.
